This session explores how libraries can better understand neurodivergence and create supportive environments for both employees and visitors. Participants will learn practical strategies to improve communication, reduce barriers, and design library spaces and services that are more inclusive. Through real-world examples and discussion, attendees will leave with ideas they can immediately apply in their own libraries.
